At Daebak, we want you to glow with confidence in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your K-beauty essentials, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Daebak account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
